Which only leads to the conclusion that AMG has been tinkering with the 6 liter V12 bi-turbo. It's time for a special edition Huayra anyways, as the Zonda line has officially gone ugly and outdated (never thought I would have to say that, but the LM is !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! ).
Rumours are that a Pagani Zonda Nürburgring edition is prepared, featuring enhanced aerodynamics and a 800+ hp engine. The latter should not be a problem whatsoever for the mad scientists at AMG.

I don't hate the Zonda but I think it could use a refresh. A 'Ring edition car does sound wicked, though making it worth it financially could be tough.

I hate the headlight treatment on that most recent Zonda. Effing disgusting. They need to stop, because all the beauty of the previous Zondas is now tarnished by a methhead face.

Pagani has sold out the Huayra run until the end of 2015, so they are fine. And people would pay big $ for a special Huayra.

Seconded.

Huayra is already special enough. Pictures don't do it justice. And you blaspheme, the Zonda is still amazing. Gaudy? Yes. But ugly? How can you speak such a thing? ;)

Let's say, hypothetically, that I'm stupid rich. Do you think that if I went to Pagani and asked them to make a Huayra with as much horsepower as they could cram into it, I don't care if it's drivable afterwards, do you think they would let me name it the Pagani Huayra AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! Edition?

Did you see the LM? Look at the front end proportions... that's rather disgusting, a first for a Zonda derived car.

Yes. They let Lewis have a purple candy paint one, so your AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! Edition would be perfectly acceptable. Mind you, you would have to pay a lot of cash, based on the fact alone that "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" takes a lot of time to carve out of a single block of Aluminium.

Yeah for this LM perhaps you're right. Why did the fenders have to get so bulbous? Something is wrong here.

Instead of creating a new front end, they covered the existing one with a "second layer" to create the illusion of covered headlights. That's why it looks like the Porsche 919 LMP1 front end.

Yeah wow, I suppose they intended for it to look like that? That is how all the current LMP1 cars look.

Probably, although there are different kit versions of LMP1 cars. The Audi R18 and the Toyota TS040 look rather good in my opinion:
